All orders are processed and handed over to the courier service every day after 2:00 PM.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and handed over to the courier service on the following business day.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock unavailability or verification issues. In such cases, the customer will be notified via phone or email.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when you receive your order.
Bank Transfer — Transfer the order amount to our bank account. Details are provided at checkout.
Online Payment (PayHere) — Pay securely using Visa, MasterCard, eZ Cash, or mCash.
LankaPay QR — Scan and pay using your mobile banking app.
If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, you must send the bank deposit slip or transfer confirmation screenshot to our WhatsApp number (0775 106 133) for verification. Your order will only be processed after the payment has been verified. Orders without payment confirmation will remain on hold and may be cancelled after 48 hours.
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 5,000. A shipping fee applies for orders below this amount.
ClickNet.lk is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or events beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your orders and will not be shared with third parties, except for delivery purposes.

සියලුම ඇණවුම් සැකසී එදිනම දහවල් 2:00 ට පසුව කුරියර් සේවාවට භාරදෙනු ලැබේ.
දහවල් 2:00 ට පෙර තැබූ ඇණවුම් එදිනම යවනු ලැබේ.
දහවල් 2:00 ට පසුව තැබූ ඇණවුම් සැකසී ඊළඟ වැඩ කරන දිනයේ කුරියර් සේවාවට භාරදෙනු ලැබේ.
තොග නොමැතිකම හෝ සත්යාපන ගැටලු හේතුවෙන් ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීමට හෝ ප්රමාද කිරීමට අපට අයිතිය ඇත. එවැනි අවස්ථාවලදී, පාරිභෝගිකයාට දුරකථනයෙන් හෝ ඊමේල් මගින් දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ.
අප පිළිගන්නා ගෙවීම් ක්රම:
බෙදාහැරීමේදී මුදල් ගෙවීම (COD) — ඔබගේ ඇණවුම ලැබුණු විට මුදල් ගෙවන්න.
බැංකු මාරුව — ඇණවුමේ මුදල අපගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට මාරු කරන්න. විස්තර Checkout පිටුවේ ලබා දේ.
අන්තර්ජාල ගෙවීම (PayHere) — Visa, MasterCard, eZ Cash, හෝ mCash භාවිතා කර ආරක්ෂිතව ගෙවන්න.
LankaPay QR — ඔබගේ බැංකු ඇප් එක භාවිතා කර QR ස්කෑන් කර ගෙවන්න.
ඔබ බැංකු මාරුව ගෙවීම් ක්රමය ලෙස තෝරා ගන්නේ නම්, ඔබ බැංකු තැන්පතු පත්රිකාව හෝ මුදල් මාරු කිරීමේ තිර රූපය අපගේ WhatsApp අංකය (0775 106 133) වෙත යැවිය යුතුය. ඔබගේ ඇණවුම ගෙවීම සත්යාපනය කළ පසුව පමණක් සැකසෙනු ඇත. ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කිරීමක් නොමැති ඇණවුම් අපේක්ෂාවේ පවතින අතර පැය 48 කට පසුව අවලංගු කළ හැකිය.
අපි විශ්වාසදායක කුරියර් සේවා හරහා ශ්රී ලංකාව පුරා දිවයින පුරා බෙදාහැරීම සිදු කරමු.
සාමාන්ය බෙදාහැරීමට ඔබගේ ස්ථානය අනුව වැඩ කරන දින 2-5 ක් ගත වේ.
රු. 5,000 ට වැඩි ඇණවුම් සඳහා නැව්ගත කිරීම නොමිලේ. එම මුදලට අඩු ඇණවුම් සඳහා නැව්ගත කිරීමේ ගාස්තුවක් අය කෙරේ.
කුරියර් සේවාව නිසා සිදුවන ප්රමාදයන් හෝ අපගේ පාලනයෙන් ඔබ්බට සිදුවීම් සඳහා ClickNet.lk වගකීමක් නොගනී.
ඔබට හානි වූ හෝ දෝෂ සහිත නිෂ්පාදනයක් ලැබුණහොත්, බෙදාහැරීමෙන් දින 7 ක් ඇතුළත භාණ්ඩයේ ඡායාරූප සමඟ අප අමතන්න.
දෝෂ සහිත හෝ වැරදියට යැවූ භාණ්ඩ සඳහා පමණක් ආපසු ගැනීම් පිළිගනු ලැබේ. පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් හානි කරන ලද භාණ්ඩ ආපසු ගැනීමට සුදුසුකම් නොලබයි.
මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් මුල් ගෙවීම් ක්රමය හෝ බැංකු මාරුව හරහා වැඩ කරන දින 7-14 ක් ඇතුළත සැකසෙනු ඇත.
නිවැරදි නිෂ්පාදන විස්තර සහ රූප පෙන්වීමට අපි සෑම උත්සාහයක්ම දරමු. කෙසේ වෙතත්, තිර වෙනස්කම් හේතුවෙන් සුළු වෙනස්කම් සිදුවිය හැකිය.
